We have the following opportunity in our ST. LOUIS, MO location.

This position will provide support for mobile and wireless commodity. Validate appropriate paperwork, ensure approvals and requests for device are within policy. Order, deploy and provide technical and customer service support. Reconcile vendor invoice using Access, Excel and web-based vendor tools. Track and dispute invoice discrepancies and validate appropriate credits have been received. Track cost savings and cost avoidance. Develop and document processes. Perform administrative functions to track devices, reconcile internal discrepancies and assist internal partners as needed. Complete projects to convert accounts to approved vendor.

Qualifications:

•Three to five years telecom related experience required
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a personal computer to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Intranet and vendor web-based tools
•Good organization skills and attention to detail

Education:

•High School Diploma or equivalent. College business courses preferred
