Purchasing Coordinator

Our group is on the move and growing We are AWTP, a dynamic group of water treatment businesses which include valves, residential products, private label and a broad line of commercial and light industrial products. Domestically, we work through a dedicated dealer network, contractors, and architectural engineers. Internationally, we work through a dealer network and established OEM's.


We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator.


The principal job responibilites are:Interacts with all levels of personnel, both internal and external.Enter and confirm purchase orders.Expedite past due purchase orders.Review and maintain reports of past due and open purchase orders.Process debit memos.Maintain file system for purchase orders and correspondence.Prepare month end reports.Operates all office equipment.Maintains confidential company information.Makes suggestions to improve purchasing and inventory management procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:

BA in Business Adminstration or similarMust be a self-starterTeam player with a positive attitudeMathematical skillsWants to start a career in Purchasing
