Pricing Coordinator, Corporate Sales

Coloplast, an international manufacturer and wholesaler of disposable medical supplies and devices, is seeking a Pricing Coordinator for our new Minneapolis facility.

SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining pricing in internal system, notifying distributors of contract pricing and working with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable to resolve pricing discrepancies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
• Load and maintain published price lists in internal system
• Load and maintain contract pricing in internal system
• Notify distributors of new contracts, contract modifications and contract expirations
• Process regional Distributor Price Protection requests from field sales for US and Canada
• Follow up with distributors to ensure contract pricing has been received and loaded in their system and maintain distributor log
• Maintain MS Access Contract tracking database
• Work with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable to research and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of two years experience in related area, healthcare industry experience preferred
• Competency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, knowledge of Enterprise One/One World systems by J.D. Edwards, Cognos PowerPlay, and Lotus Notes
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
