The Grow Network currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Pricing Analyst, based in New York City.



The Pricing Analyst will help support the Director, Business Planning & Development by creating cost-based pricing analysis and pricing scenarios through modeling in response to RFP's, collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate pricing.



This role will be responsible for the following functions:
Create pricing models and modeling assumptions in order to develop cost-based pricing
Maintain and support CRM system to provide reports and analysis of reports on the following:
Market trends
Targets
Sales representatives
Analysis of customers
Prepare financial analyses and financial roll-ups in response to RFP's
Partner with internal teams to:
prioritize and schedule pricing of new opportunities
review pricing analysis to determine what should be presented to client
revise pricing based on client feedback
prioritize schedule pricing of contract extensions
get estimates as needed
Collaborates with other McGraw-Hill companies on joint pricing initiativesJob Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business required; emphasis in Finance preferred
Expert knowledge of Excel - 'super-user'
Strong modeling skills
CRM functional business expertise
Strong business analysis skill set
Understanding of project management, business needs, and processes of the client
Ability to collaborate with and draw information from various groups
Detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of accounting theory and practices
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access required
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with others
Must possess good communication skills and be deadline oriented
Must be able to manage several projects at one time
