We got how to answer questions, solve problems, and help customers leave feeling confident they get it too.This key individual will be responsible for supporting the Technical Services group by placing orders with vendors for spare computer parts, reviewing invoices and tracking shipments on a daily basis through the vendor website.Job Requirements
The professional we seek will have:

A high school education or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in purchasing including some experience in computer hardware and accessories.

Experience in customer service, account management, accounting and/or a call center environment is helpful.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be computer proficient and familiar with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
