MIDLAND COLLEGE PURCHASING AGENT Required: Bachelor's degree OR three to five years of related work experience. Preferred: Bachelor's in business in a related field. Public procurement experience. Professional certification. Successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both oral and written, proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications and strong analytical skills.
