Fleet Sourcing Agent

This position is responsible for organizing and executing the Fleet sourcing and procurement program utilizing best in class and proven purchasing techniques. Specific duties include:
1. Managing and maintaining a fleet of approximately 2,000 vehicles, through the combination of an outsourced maintenance arrangement as well as internal workshops. Manage outsourcing relationship for maximum service and best price.
2. Developing and implementing procedures to standardize fleet alternatives for internal users.
3. Developing reporting tools for internal customers and to analyzing vendor performance.
4. Developing, generating and analyzing financial reporting to business unit controllers that explains expense trending and forecasting.
5. Developing, managing and analyzing supplier in their performance and deliverables.
6. Completing other fleet related projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, i.e. Business or Operations Management. A minimum of 5 years of related fleet sourcing experience, preferably including experience in outsourced fleet arrangements as well as with internal vehicle maintenance workshops. High proficiency in MS Office applications: Word and Excel required; JD Edwards experience a plus. Strong analytical skills. Good oral and written communication skills
