We are currently seeking a Furniture Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Redmond, WA. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

FURNITURE PROJECT MANAGER - Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:
Manage furniture and relocation projects in a corporate campus setting and reports to the FPM Team Leader
Manage suppliers, contracts, schedules, budgets, and ultimately the delivery of finished workspaces for our end customers
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for furniture projects
Support large TI/Build out efforts as well as smaller churn projects
Assist in some relocation efforts
Procurement of goods and services for all assigned projects
Main point of contact for all furniture related issues on assigned projects
Source new products to achieve maximum savings, quality and overall account support
Assist the team in maintaining furniture and signage standards; update as required
Assist with furniture vendor contract negotiations; creation and implementation of service levels, business reviews and overall vendor performance
Ensure that furniture designs and installations meet client specifications and standards
Provide budgeting/estimating related to the customer's furniture project requests
Manage special projects as required - some travel required
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or directly related equivalent experience
Previous experience working on commercial furniture projects
Procurement and/or Project Management experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in customer service and client relations
Experience working within a large campus/Facilities environment preferred
Ability to multi task in a high volume business
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PPT, SAP
