Home builder and general contractor is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional negotiating skills, who is profit-driven, highly organized and able to work accurately and independently.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work on a team with exceptional communication skills, computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel, detail oriented, strong negotiation abilities. You need to have 5+ years purchasing experience in the construction industry, College degree.


JOB FUNCTION: Negotiate pricing and blanket purchase agreements. Negotiate house pricing with contractors and vendors. Must possess ability to run software applications including: Excel, Word and Outlook. Five plus years of field experience in Construction


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Exceptional negotiating skills.

Highly organized and able to work accurately and independently.
