Capital Procurement - Sourcing & Projects
JOB DESCRIPTION: ~~~~ Great Company ~~~~ Great Future~~~~
Supports all sustaining capital sourcing and procurement activities
-total spend responsibility approximate $290+M
-provide leadership in commodity management-strategic sourcing
-TCO & value chain -solution implementation
-coordinate & handle contract acquisition & activities
-alignment global -regional procurement strategies JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science - MBA preferred
CPM a strong plus
6+ years experience in manufacturing - heavy industry - aerospace - automotive or packaging
Demonstrated leadership is critical
Demonstrated results
Ever-increasing responsibility
Upwardly mobile
Strong influencing skills
Ability to lead or be part of a team
Ability to travel 25-50%
Strong strategic sourcing capital equipment and capital services
Experience working with EPC/M companies highly desired
Experience with long-term supplier relationship management
Exceptional project management skills
Ability to develop a strong working relationship
Strong negotiations skills
Strong analytical & financial modeling skills
