We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Branch Manager II at our Lufkin, TX, facility.
Responsible for managing all aspects of a branch facility with annual revenue in the range of $2MM - $3MM. Directly responsible for managing all branch operating costs, including the development of the annual branch budget. Coordinates and directs the activities within the branch to meet or exceed sales and margin targets. Also responsible for hiring, assessing performance, developing and training, and managing branch employees. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained and monitors purchases to control expenses. Ensures proper compliance and safety guidelines are met in all aspects of the business operation.High school diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5+ years of management experience also required. Healthcare industry experience required 3-5+ years distribution/warehouse, reimbursement, and/or customer service - 1-2+ years experience required.
