Associate Manager - Pricing Department

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job is to manage a staff of 6 individuals. You supervise the daily functions of the Pricing Department. You assist in the year-end performance appraisal process and provide hands-on support and supervision. You allocate work and coordinate the training/development of staff. You work closely with the Project Office team to improve efficiencies. You ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. You have 5+ years of industry experience. You are proficient in Microsoft Office. You have strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. You have the ability to interact with management and possess strong verbal/written communication skills. You are a team player and work on multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
