Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

We are looking for an Client Service Delivery Lead to be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing to payment process for outsourcing customers, including spot buying, requisition, T&E reimbursement, invoicing and payment :

Responsibilities include:

•Working with Accenture Delivery Centers to maximize quality and throughput through process re-design, training, metrics, etc.
•Understand client-specific requirements and balance with operational best practices to maximize process efficiency
•Compiling process(es) performance data for all DCNs specific to one client in support of their SLAs
• Lead for Voice of Customer process for Transaction Operations
• Leading recovery or action plans for client
• Support Mobilization Team for new Client’s staffing, process and technology requirements
• Lead for Quality Assurance investigations
• Focal point for client inquiries for the Global Delivery Centers
• Supports client specific Unit Lead
• Supports new business development inquiries with current and new clients
• Leads development and deployment of Client specific Business Continuity Plans
• Leads/Participates in Operational Excellence projects providing client point of view
• Provides input for peer performance and Service Managers

REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 5 years Procurement and/or Operations Management experience
•2+ years experience Procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP SRM, etc.
•5+ years experience in a customer-visible, business process position or applications software/systems development.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, related field, or equivalent experience.
