Tactical Systems Division - JTRS Program

Program Control Analysts to support the JTRS-C1 program. Selected candidates will be responsible for providing overall project control support to a major program with complex reporting structure. Duties will include development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, actuals and funding tracking. Position will require interface with both technical and business management. Ensures requirements for data review, project reporting and related controls are met. Develops plans, forecasts, and budgets for business and project resource management. Provides or supports data exchange with customer or auditing agencies. Develops and maintains project and business reporting systems to conform to customer and internal requirements.







Selected candidate will be able to work under general supervision and guidance and be able to set priorities to meet established objectives.







Grade range 44 - 45. Final grade determination will be based on qualifications of the candidate.


Provides project control, scheduling and business management support to projects operating under government and commercial contracts. Forecasts, reports, analyzes and manages indirect and unallowable expenses, capital planning and CEA processing, including independent research and development, related payroll expense, other indirect technical expenses, allocated corporate staff expenses, and management and staff support expenses. Ensures requirements for data review, project reporting, scheduling, and related controls are met. Develops plans, forecasts, and budgets for business and project resource management. Provides or supports data exchange with customer or auditing agencies. Develops and maintains project and business reporting systems to conform with customer and internal requirements. Provides indirect expense trend analysis to management for strategic planning purposes.

REQUIREMENTS


Experience in the following areas is required:6 or more years of increased responsibility on development contracts using EVMS and NG systems knowledge (JIT, CAJN, R3 systems). Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of NG business systems and an understanding and familiarity with Government development programs. Preparation of financial reports for internal management and customer deliverables. Must possess excellent organization abilities and be a highly motivated, flexible, team player. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite of applications.

Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.


Experience in the following areas is an asset: Working knowledge of MPM and/or COBRA a plus. Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Knowledge of MS Project.
