Software Training Specialist

Perform system configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting for a client/server software solution used by US Financial Institutions to handle their Funds Transfer and Cash Management activity.

Primary Responsibilities
o Travel 90% of business hours
o Regression test software installed at banks sites
o Train bank users on the software
o Configure system to interface with Federal Reserve and Mainframe
o Perform Certification testing with Federal Reserve
o Perform troubleshooting of software issues and communication of unresolved issues to Project Manager
o Paperwork as it relates to projects

Secondary Responsibilities
o General Software support
o Conference Calls
o Helpdesk support
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Experience
o Wire room (Funds Transfer department)
o Wire Room Manager and Supervisor
o Be fully conversant in the language of Wire room/Funds transfer
