Senior Purchasing Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:
Places purchase orders and coordinates delivery dates; maintains vendor cross-reference system.
Interfaces with other departments (i.e. Customer Service, Graphics, Production Control, Planning, QA/QC, etc.) to align supply with demand signals, and to resolve problems. Work with Purchasing staff for corrective actions affecting deliveries.
Coordinates Purchase Orders with vendors, and aligns with delivery schedules.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum three years purchasing experience required.
Demonstrated knowledge of computerized purchasing systems.
