Security Administrator (Lawson)

Responsible for the security administration function for a variety of applications utilized by the
CHI Connect project.The most significant is Lawson, but also includes a number of other host and web based systems.Administration includes design, analysis, data management and reporting required for daily operation, or in response to business changes and customer needs.Provides direction and support to Application Analysts and Functional Team members relative to security data management.1. Coordinate the creation of UNIX accounts with UNIX system administrator.2. Configure UNIX accounts to access Lawson including creating security classes, assigning security classes to UNIX accounts, turning security on & off.3. Responsible for the identifying and resolving security-related issues.4. Maintain Lawson security classes including defining application access, environment access, user token access, data level access, drill around access (field, record & table).5. Define distribution groups for use in distributing Lawson print files to other Lawson users.6. Maintain web-user records, web attributes, bookmarks, bookmark groups, user groups, required content, restricting search functions.7. Maintain accurate lists of users and account information8. Create new bookmarks and groups, as well as, web user attributes.9. Manage user access to MS Add-in.10. Set up and maintain Smart Notification users and user accounts.11. Set up and maintain Document Imaging users and user accounts.12. Set up and maintain custom rights table and related parameters pages.13. Set up and maintain Enterprise Reporting users and user accounts.14. Set up and maintain e-Recruiting user and users accounts.15. Respond promptly to support requests related to user accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Seven years experience working in an IT systems and applications environment in a large, multi-facility healthcare system required.Must have demonstrated knowledge and/or skills in the following areas: High degree of experience with implementing and supporting Lawson security Proven organizational skills and time management Advanced problem-solving ability Knowledge of Lawson terms, utilities, directory structure, and some UNIX experience Knowledge of industry standard practices in IT support function Ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeBachelor’s degree preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Clinical or related field.Ten years experience in an IT analyst role may be substituted for the above requirement.Benefits
