The Salon Manager must be able to plan and direct salon operating activities necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales,expenses,profit and productivity goals.

Salon Manager assumes primary responsibility for superior guest experience, club card development, store/salon operating standards,recruiting, and implementation/execution of all corporate/field initiatives.

The candidates must be a team player with the ability to train and develop employees and accomplish daily sales goals. Candidates must have 2-3 years experience in successfully managing a medium to large salon.

Candidate should also enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Salon Manager must have a Cosmetology license.
