SUPERVISOR



Manages the daily activities of a smaller unit of the phone support team, which provides end-user support to the branches on the Maestro, ACTION and Vision systems. Daily activities include, but are not limited to, monitoring call volume to ensure the best service is provided; the calls are handled professionally, and in a timely manner. Trains and develops employees in order to ensure effective phone support consistent with department goals. Extracts call flow data/statistical analysis in order to determine more efficient production and implement procedural changes. Resolves escaled calls as needed.
REQUIREMENTS


Education: B.A. degree or equivalent work-related experience.

3 years experience, 1 of which includes managing several employees in customer service related field.

Familiarity with PC-like hardware

Experience must include customer sevice experience dealing with internal and external customers in both positive and difficult situations.

Excellent phone and interpersonal skills used apropriately in dealing with co-workers, subordinates and field employees.
