EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

This challenging position will provide physical security escort, driver services, medical assistance, staff direction and risk assessment / avoidance for a busy Senior Executive. Periodic travel assignments amounting to three to six months annually can be expected. You will be called upon for evening and weekend assignments as needed. Position requires being in tune with the Executive, anticipating his wishes and acting with immediacy in a helpful and pleasant manner.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be physically fit and coordinated with the ability to lift and carry 150 pounds. Have correctable 20/20 eyesight and normal range of hearing. Valid Illinois driver's license required. High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or greater preferred. Pre-employment screening includes drug test, criminal background investigation and credit check.
