Provide AAA administrative service to our most strategically important institutions.
Proactively recognize opportunities to enhance services to institutions.
Represent all of Administration's services including monitoring service quality, identifying and solving potential or existing administrative problems.
Advise regional office and institutions of any changes/enhancements to Administration's procedures and policies and on the most efficient methods of doing business.
Visit institutions, as needed, to maintain service relationship and assist with any on-site administrative matters (15-25% travel time).
Represent Administration on project teams.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent understanding of institutional plan requirements and reporting needs.
Comprehensive knowledge of TIAA-CREF'S products, policies, services and practices.
Superior oral, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to produce and interpret financial reports for ERISA and other plan auditing purposes.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of five years directly related experience. Previous Liaison experience is preferred.
