Proposal Manager

We’re currently seeking an innovative Proposal Manager to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.The Proposal Manager will provide proposal process support and expertise to the Proposal team during the development of proposals in response to US Government, foreign military and commercial solicitation; Will review, and parse customer solicitations, amendments and modifications. Will proactively develop proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and kickoff meeting packages. This person will also provide process lead expertise in the development of proposal strategies, themes, and discriminators; storyboarding; and pink and red team reviews. Will provide detailed process guidance to authors, including proposal organization, style, and content. In addition, will coordinate between the proposal team and Publications. Monitor and support the management proposal review process.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical discipline along with 5-8 years directly related proposal experience. A Business/ Technical Master Degree is highly desired. Must have experience in MS Office Suite and Adobe graphics software applications. Excellent communication skills required to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizations, customers, and external organizations on marketing, business and technical issues. Maintain proposal win/loss metrics and lessons learned.US Citizenship is required.
