Life Care Center of Sierra Vista is a 152 skilled care bed facility with an Alzheimer's care and a rehabilitation therapy unit.

Residents of Life Care Center of Sierra Vista live near many of Arizona's fine attractions: Ramsey Canyon, Coronado National Memorial and Tombstone. Our location not only priveds an attractive setting for residents, but also provides convenient access to medical attention.

REQUIREMENTS
The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers rehab care to residents ensuring all applicable laws, regulations and Life Care Centers standards are met.

Ful-time opportunity for Physical Therapist (PT) available for quality-oriented, team-spirited caregiver. We offer competitive pay, relocation bonus and benefits in a mission-driven environment.

Must possess Physical Therapist licensure in good standing. Must have an active PT license in current state. SNF experience a plus. New grads welcome.
