Develop and perform customer presentations articulating the value proposition of Siemens pediatric offerings. Maintain current knowledge of pediatric market conditions and competitors’ products and activities in order to provide input to ongoing enhancements to Siemens pediatric product offerings. Track ongoing results compared to plan objectives and initiate corrective action as needed.Provide monthly reports and field input as needed to product management regarding all aspects of current pediatric products and services; provide ideas for new pediatric product/program/service offerings in order to obtain competitive advantage in pediatric market. Provide input to management regarding suggestions for increasing pediatric sales. Attend approved state and local pediatric meetings in order to represent Siemens pediatric program. Assist with the development of forecasts and budgets.Job Requirements:Must have 3 – 5 years of recent pediatric audiology experience including experience with assessment and fitting of amplification to infants and children using current accepted protocols. Additionally, hearing industry sales experience preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency required. Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills including telephone skills required. Public speaking and presentation experience required. Travel position based out of the Western U.S.Compensation:There is assistance available for relocation.
