REQUIREMENTS
The Occupational Therapist Assistant will deliver rehabilitation care to all residents in need. This will include the direct patient care services of evaluation and treatment. The therapist is an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with nursing and all other rehab and facility staff. Our rehab-oriented environment ensures the best clinical outcomes and highest potential for return home.

This position requires a OTA license in the state of Arizona. FT, PT and PRN opportunities available. New grads welcome!
