REQUIREMENTS
The Occupational Therapist will deliver rehabilitation care to all residents in need. This will include the direct patient care services of evaluation and treatment. The OT is an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with nursing and all other rehab and facility staff. Our rehab-oriented environment ensures the best clinical outcomes and highest potential for return to home. The case-mix includes the full range of rehab diagnoses with a heavy focus on ortho and neuro case.

This OT position will provide services for 2 facilities in close proximity, North Walk and Bel Tooren.
