OLE 2 Product Specialist
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: *Demonstration of excellent Project Management skills including but not limited to: appropriate time management skills, identification and documentation of customer issues, troubleshooting aptitude, and providing problem resolution to customers within the scope and bounds of GE services.
Extensive knowledge of Centricity PM Software and its application in a medical office environment.
Ability to serve as a mentor for the EDI team.
Demonstrate the necessary competencies to complete an EDI Site Evaluation.
Posses in depth knowledge of the ANSI X12 including 835 and 837 Professional and Institutional Formats.
Intermediate medical office process knowledge including claim, remit, and eligibility procedures.
Appropriately initiates escalation process to ensure management awareness of problems that are severe in nature or that are exceeding documented targets.
Receive, research, and resolve customer questions and problems within the software related to: Centricity Physician Office-Practice Management, EDI and supported clearinghouses.
Demonstrate effective presentation skills necessary to educate clients on the application of Centricity PM (EDI Specific) software including working claim rejections, remittance, and eligibility issues.
Ability to effectively manage a queue of multiple customer issues and be comfortable interacting/communicating with our customer base.
Effectively manage multiple client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skill
Display a high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently.
Ability to recognize departmental and/or organizational opportunities and champion process improvement* Ability to clearly understand and develop EDI best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Healthcare/EDI knowledge (Minimum of 2 years)
Self motivated, confident and excellent customer relation skills
Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
Proven ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Intermediate working knowledge of PC and standard PC softwareDesired: *Excellent written and verbal communications skills
