Very busy Sacramento practice seeks a Managing Dentist with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a managing dentist capacity.

Responsibilities:
Diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures. Supervise all clinical aspects of the practice.
Examines, diagnoses, and provides treatment counseling to patients.
Performs cleanings and provides all patient care including fillings, crowns, fixed and removable bridgework, extractions, and root canals.
Meets productivity goals and financial objectives.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to patient needs.
Solicits patient feedback to improve service.
Assists with hiring, training, and developing clinical staff.
Ensure integrity of medical records including accurate charting and appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Directs Associate Dentists, Assistants, and other auxiliary personnel.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Dental doctorate degree from accredited dental school and current state licensure.
Must be able to perform all facets of dentistry: molar, endo, composites, and cosmetic dentistry.
