In-house Corporate Paralegal

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60000 to $80000 per year IN HOUSE CORPORATE PARALEGAL. Rapidly expanding North County company is seeking a corporate paralegal to support the transactional group. The stock for the company has nearly doubled in the last year and shows no sign of stopping. They expect to quadruple in size over the next five years. They have recently opened a corporate paralegal position to support a strong corporate attorney who is upbeat and fun to be around, and is looking for the same from anyone joining his team. They already have a strong patent group in place, though they're expanding that group as well.
Requirements for this position:4 yr degree preferred, paralegal certificate required; 6+ years exp as a corporate paralegal, preferably both in a corporate legal dept and law firm; experience with preparation of contracts, securities filing, legal research, corporate formation, and corporate governance; team player attitude; strong written and oral skills; and strong computer proficiency.Salary commensurate with experience, $75k+ for right candidate. Other benefits include 10-18% performance-based bonus and stock options.
