We are presently seeking an Information Technology Specialist with experience in the operation and support of a multi-platform information systems infrastructure. The successful candidate will demonstrate considerable experience with hardware and software of desktops, laptops, telephones and related peripherals in a diverse environment and will possess a minimum of 5 + years solid experience as a network administrator in a corporate setting with verifiable references.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with the following applications: MS Windows, XP Prof, MS Office, ACT, Best-MAS, Adobe, utility and antivirus software Advance knowledge of Windows networking including TCP/IP, LAN & VPN client configuration Web set-up and maintenance experience Basic knowledge of MAC platform, Illustrator, Quark and Adobe software Previous experience on a help desk and/or call center Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and resolve a combination of voice, data and network problems experienced by end users Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and initiative Excellent verbal/written communication skills Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required Maintain current on IT issues and information Possess a positive and constructive attitude Adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment Quickly grasp the use and intricacies of new software tools Perform multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a positive working environment!
