Heath Care Administrator

Your primary responsibilities include: managing the over all operations of the skilled nursing center, ensuring continued licensure and certification of the center, implementation of Sunrise resident relations programs with residents, families, and others to maintain and improve hospitality and service. Responsible for planning and maintaining expenses within approved operating budget. Oversees the delivery of nursing and rehabilitation services to ensure high quality nursing care, including maintaining infection control program.


This role requires a demonstrated history of supervisory experience is required, as well as exceptional professionalism, leadership, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Scheduling experience is a definite asset. A dedication to seniors and their well-being is also essential. Ability to communicate effectively in english with a diverse work group.
