Assistant Practice Administrator Seeking an experienced individual with extensive healthcare operations experience to assist the Director of Operations in providing support for 80 physicians in 6 busy, multi-specialty medical practice locations. The preferred candidate will have more than 5 years of medical office management and recruitment experience and will enjoy forging strong physician and staff relationships, overseeing staffing functions related to recruitment, orientation, training and general medical office management. to perform recruitment screening, orientation, training and other management functions for all regular, per diem and temporary personnel within our medical group practice. Responsible for supervising personnel assigned to per-diem pool and coordinating temporary assignments for agency personnel. Three or more year's medical office management and recruitment experience required. BA required, Masters preferred. Medical Office Manager Seeking a seasoned medical office manager to oversee staff and operations at individual satellite facilities, with a focus on daily operations, team building, staffing functions and general medical office management. BA and three or more year’s medical office management experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
