Director of Correctional Health Services

Great Career Opportunity!! Our Firm has been engaged to identify and recruit a Director of Correctional Health Services for a major public health system in the Southwest. Reporting to a member of the System’s senior management team, the Director will be highly visible within the organization as well as local government.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate shall possess 5 years of leadership in a correctional health system; preferably with at least 2 years of management experience in an accredited health service facility with survey experience and an average daily inmate population (ADP) of 1,500. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of accomplishment for budget development and management, successfully addressing operational and service problems in a timely manner, exceptional political and client service skills, and a laser-like focus on the details. A highly organized, task-oriented leader who excels in an environment where exceptional performance is the norm would be an ideal candidate.
