We are the No. 1 ranked commercial, industrial and land brokerage firm servicing the entire High Desert Region including Northern San Bernardino County and we are also one of the largest commercial brokerage firms servicing the Inland Empire (Riverside/San Bernardino Counties).

Within the next 30 days, The Bradco Companies will become a part of a top-ten (10) national commercial brokerage firm with affiliated offices in Rancho Cucamonga, La Jolla, Temecula, Carlsbad and Victorville, and with plans for a new office in Irvine.Our paid training program focuses on the essentials of the commercial real estate brokerage industry, including critical research, marketing and relationship-building skills. This is a rigorous training and mentorship program designed to assist your success in commercial real estate. We have access to all the tools and resources necessary to assist agents in attaining and retaining a long and profitable career.
REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Real Estate Associate
A minimum 2 year degree from an accredited community college or a 4 year degree from an accredited university.Professional appearance.The ability to interact professionally with others.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to interface well with high net-worth Clients.The ability to commit 60-70 hours a week during the first 5 years, dedicated to building a “book of business” for your career in this emerging, high growth market.Must be knowledgeable in the following computer programs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Any others such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint a plus.Personal financial wherewithal to carry 12 months of expenses.
