Clubhouse Staff Position

Do you want to work full-time as a clubhouse generalist in a dynamic program on its way to becoming a Certified Clubhouse? If the answer is “yes” we ask you to apply for this Clubhouse staff
position. The person we hire will assist Rainbow Center in the development of this program enhancement and in our goal of becoming certified.
We are looking for someone with the
following
characteristics:
ŸProven ability to engage persons with psychiatric disabilities.
ŸAn upbeat, welcoming, encouraging, hopeful and friendly attitude towards our members.
ŸWork experience in a Certified Clubhouse that has a strong Transitional Employment program is desirable.
ŸJob development experience is desirable. Willingness to help develop and maintain paid jobs for Rainbow Center members is required.
ŸBA in a Social Science
