Armed Security Officer

Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a security officer; prefers prior banking and/or financial institution experience
Current Security Commission authorized by the Texas Commission on Private Security (TCPS)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and using sound judgment in a high-pressure environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time in a professional setting
Willing to work Saturday hours, if required at later date
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated computer competencies
High school diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:
Prior military or law enforcement experience
Must be able to pass background and drug screening check
Current certification with a weapon as required by the (TCPS)Duties:
Provide crime deterrent through professional appearance and the use of strong interpersonal skills and sound, common sense judgment
Open and close the bank office
