Description: We are seeking an outstanding payroll supervisor or manager to be part of a growing American pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate has successful experience in managing a conversion to ADP with 2-5 years of supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities for this Position:

1. Manages complex payroll department including special items for sales incentives, unions, multi-state, federal government, etc.
2. Ensures correct set-up for taxable and non-taxable benefits and federal and state income tax withholding
3. Directs preparation of government required reports
4.Improves overall payroll process
REQUIREMENTS
1. BS/BA degree in accounting or related field
2. Payroll supervision experience.
3. Conversion to ADP
