Staff Pharmacist

The Pharmacist is responsible for administering medications based on physician orders. Performing the day-to-day professional operations of the department which include drug acquisition, distribution, and monitoring, identifying, resolving, and preventing drug related problems that may affect optimal patient care outcomes and to research and communicate to our medical and nursing staff, as well as to all ancillary services, the most current and up-to date information on drug therapy.

Located in the Piedmont region of South Carolina in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. An impressive 60 ft waterfall at the center of town in the spectacular new Falls Park is just one of the many new renovation projects. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and state licensure. Minimum three years experience as a registered pharmacist. Prefer three years experience in a pharmacy with I.V. skills. Oncology background preferred. Current license as Pharmacist in state of practice. May supervise the activities of pharmacy technicians.
