Sr. Project Manager

Smith Hanley Consulting Group is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager for the NJ area.The successful candidate will be a great strategic thinker responsible for managing three studies, one of which will be more hands-on with a cardiovascular study. The candidate must have great interpersonal skills because they will be working with the Medical Director of the studies and will interact with the marketing team, finance team, regulatory team, and data management team. They will be managing investigator initiated and some sponsored studies. The investigator initiated study will include all aspects. The Sr. PM will manage short term and long perm finance and drug forecasting. They will run the investigator meetings. Candidate will be accountable to ensure all relevant studies follow client's SOPs and GCP. Provide input into content and execution of investigator meetings / may present selected topics. Provide input into development of CRF. Provide input into site selection with coordinated input.Experience/Minimum Requirements: 6+ years experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Immunology experience (Allergy/respiratory) preferred. Candidate must have great interpersonal skills and great computer skills.
