Senior Manufacturing Technician

There is an immediate opening for a Sr. Manufacturing Technician to design, maintain, and upgrade custom-designed manufacturing machines, tools, fixtures and customized inspection test equipment utilizing engineering principles in a manufacturing environment. Duties include creation, review and updating of electronic standard operating procedures and policies. Will work closely with engineering and production team to refine and improve manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing, equipment or in-process inspection issues. Assist in the design, maintenance, and upgrade of basic computerized databases used for the tracking of manufacturing metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years required in the medical device industry, or other highly regulated industry such as Aerospace, Food/Beverage. Background must include the design, maintenance and upgrade of manufacturing equipment and processes. Must possess high level of proficiency designing in AutoCAD or Pro-E and validation. Familiarity with FDA, QSR, ISO regulations and GMP is required.
