A degree in life sciences, engineering, medical technology, etc
The ability to conduct an investigation to root cause as it applies to product and process
Understanding and ability to apply Quality Systems
CAPA investigations
Complaint investigation
Risk management knowledge and application
System wide project management skills are necessary
A thorough understanding of CFR 806 and 820
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An effective leader, as well as a team playerQualifications
