Publication Manager

Following product development objectives: support and contribute to scientific publications and translations to provide support for the product’s life cycle
Contribute to publication drafts in collaboration with contacts inside and outside the company; analyze requests, integrate comments
Ensure the quality of scientific publications by maintaining and promoting familiarity with ICMJE, AMA, and other standards
Ensure stylistic consistency of publications on individual teams and by communicating with other members of the Medical Communications team.
Maintain a regular scientific watch of new and upcoming publications in the field

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biological sciences, history of science or medicine, journalism, immunology, pharmacy, biostatistics, public health, epidemiology, nursing, or similar fields. Familiarity with scientific research methods, vaccinology, and infectious diseases a plus.
Experience with powerpoint slide sets, meeting abstracts, and manuscripts intended for peer-reviewed journals. Experience writing or editing scientific review papers is a plus.
Two or more years of scientific, medical, or clinical research experience, which must include the preparation and coauthoring of documents. Applicants working in serology, biostatistics, or regulatory departments who have the requisite skills sets may be considered, as may those with experience in medical education or publishing.
Familiarity with the basic requirements of clinical research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information.
