The Provider Network Analyst is responsible for determining the best method of reimbursement for non-contracted providers, in accordance with Letter of Agreement (LOA) Policy & Procedure and LOA Flow Chart. and shall present their determination to manager for approval. The Provider Network Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calling providers for their expected reimbursement rate of claims, re-pricing claims, calling health plan for their contracted rates with providers, generating LOAs and for supporting the development of LOA Policies & Procedures.

Ensure all LOA's are generated in a timely manner and as requested by manager.
Ensure all LOA's conform to LOA Policy & Procedure and LOA Flow Chart.
Maintain the LOA Database and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Document and provide a complete history of all LOA's generated.
Provide timely, courteous and professional customer service in responding to LOA inquiries.
Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
Complete appropriate Routing forms, including but not limited to, Provider Set-up Forms.
Perform all clerical duties as directed by manager. These duties include, but are not limited to, data entry, scanning, filing, copying and faxing.
Provide support to the Contracting Department, including but not limited to, mailings projects, assists in the preparation of Routing package, assists with NOC, and any other duties, as requested by the Director of Provider Contracting.
Coordinate, prepare and complete projects and tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
One or two years of post-high school education or degree from a two-year college.
Over 1 year and up to and including 3 years of experience.
Database experience.
Health care provider contracting experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and WordPerfect.
Ability to work independently.
