GLC Healthcare has an immediate need in the NW LA area (Culver City) area for a clinical dayshift pharmacist. As the Pharmacist:

The Pharmacist is a licensed professional who is responsible for providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to our patients in accordance with the policies and procedures in pharmacy practice professional standards, and applicable regulatory entities. The Staff pharmacist coordinates patient care with Nursing
Services, monitors patient progress toward goals and educates patients,caregivers and other professionals regarding appropriate
medication use. Home infusion therapies are prepared under the supervision of our specialized pharmacists, and are then delivered and administered to patients by infusion nurses or trained caregivers. Home infusion is primarily used to treat infectious diseases, heart failure, cancer, intractable pain and nutritional disorders. Our pharmacists, clinicians and nurses prepare, deliver specialty services.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a CA pharmacy licensure.
Must have a BS or Pharm D.
IV experience is strongly preferred or Hospital experience.
