JOB DESCRIPTION:



Manages the Pharmacy Department. Responsible for achievement of customer service and financial objectives, as well as adherence to professional practices and management of hourly Pharmacy associates.



SKILL REQUIREMENTS:



Manages all Pharmacy Department operations and hourly Pharmacy associates.

Performs professional duties and responsibilities, associated with the processing of prescriptions, to meet company objectives and personally maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensures prompt and courteous customer service by all hourly Pharmacy associates.

Responsible for adherence to federal and state Pharmacy laws. May serve as the Pharmacist in charge for licensing agreements.

Implements audit control procedures to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.

Selects, hires, and trains hourly Pharmacy Department associates.

Schedules Pharmacy Department hourly associates and maintains the time and attendance reporting system.



Our client will consider qualified and experienced. Starting salary up to $85k+.
