Responsibilities:
Facilitates and manages WHI contribution to Medicare Part D determination, processes and compiles medical evidence in support of appeals requests related to Medication Management programs. Works with Call Center to seamlessly communicate requests for appeals and response per ERISA requirements and Part D determinations; Communicates with external organizations such as MCMC when required to complete determination process; Works with and presents cases to internal appeals committee; Manages Technician and details related to case management, case timelines and documentation of determination and appeals outcomes; Communicate final determination of appeals cases to technician for action; Communicates decisions and outcomes to account team, clients (if appropriate), Call Center and members; Produces and maintains all sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications:
BS Pharmacy; PharmD with managed care or pharmacy practice residency preferred; 3 years of managed care experience preferred.
