Job Description:
Develop comprehensive population-based disease management and wellness programs for delivery and implementation in various settings - including call centers, community pharmacies, work-sites, direct mail, and other locales. Evaluate clinical content and manage business relationships with disease management and wellness vendors. Contribute to overall clinical services department as participating member of department standing committees; assume leadership role for both standing committees and ad hoc task-force teams.

Responsibilities:
Assume lead role in managing vendor relations and development of WHI disease management and wellness programs, including clinical content, patient and physician education components. Collaborate with various WHI business units, including marketing and legal to assure project development timelines are met; coordinate training of sales and account teams, and client users; supervise on-site implementation and monitor on-going program implementation. Maintain project budget. Identify appropriate areas for product enhancement and new product development. Collaborate with Outcomes team to establish proper metrics to assess value of disease management programs.

Participate in various department standing committees as designated by supervisor, serve as chair or co-chair of committees and/or task force groups as appropriate to areas of expertise.

Qualifications:
Pharm D., Rph and residency preferred;Requires stong clinical knowledge base, clinical research, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to conceptualize and evaluate alternative solutions is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills appropriate for various audiences (e.g. patients, physicians, benefit administrators, medical directors, non-clinical) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated flexibility, and ability to work independently, creatively and adapt to a changing work environment. Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be detail-orientated, willingness to accept responsibility for implementation of action steps. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet and e-mail use.
