Responsibilities Include:
Conducting market analysis with a focus on key growth areas, product/market trends, and key influencersDeveloping and executing territory business planCoordinating efforts with territory partners in a self-directed team environmentEstablishing access to key customers, detailing with appropriate frequencyAllocating resources and delivering special projects to maximize salesAccurately completing routine reports, as required, and maintaining company equipment/suppliesAttending meetings

Sales representatives identified as potential management candidates may have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of assignments (e.g., market research, sales training, product management, etc.) at corporate headquarters and may advance to a career in sales and marketing management.
Compensation
Eli Lilly and Company provides one of the most competitive compensation packages available. REQUIREMENTS
Criteria for Consideration
To qualify, a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in pharmacy, science, or business, with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Additional education (MBA/Masters) is a plus. Previous Business to Business sales experience required. In addition candidates must not have had more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years. All qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
