M/F/D/V.Sales Representatives are responsible for professionally promoting BI products to healthcare professionals with the goal of achieving sales growth in their respective territories. Sales Representatives are responsible to develop and execute territory business plans, coordinate efforts with territory partners in a team environment, accurately complete routine reports and be compliant with regulatory and company guidelines. Develop and manage the business relationships with targeted physicians and customers focusing on the promotion of BI pharmaceutical productsCall on physicians and health related organizations within an assigned territoryProfessionally create, maintain and increase sales within the designated territory by favorably influencing the prescribing habits of the targeted audienceDemonstrate thorough knowledge of BI pharmaceutical products and competitor products to further educate physicians and healthcare providers.Arrange and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians. Work closely with consultants and team members to arrange value added speaker programs and educational workshopsDevelop and deliver informative sales presentations based in individual customer needs to maximize market share of the designated product portfolioMaintain up-to-date database to document sales call information, trends, future call objectives, sampling data and overall territory performance REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years successful business-to-business sales experience preferredPharmaceutical sales or previous professional healthcare experience is desiredAptitude for learning technical and scientific product related informationDemonstrated influencing and selling skills are essentialAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesProficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and database environmentsResidence must be within designated sales territoryValid Drivers license and good driving recordSome overnight business travel
