Position Title: Pharmaceutical Sales - Renal Specialist

Work Location: New York-New York City

Major Responsibilities: As an integral part of our new Anemia franchise, we currently have eight openings for a Renal Specialist position available in the North Manhattan, Manhattan Central, Queens North, Queens South, Brooklyn North, Brooklyn Central, Brooklyn South, and South Manhattan/Brooklyn West, New York territories. In this role, you will develop and maintain key professional customer relationships within the renal market, and be responsible for promoting a new anemia product to nephrologists and dialysis centers. Specific responsibilities will include: sales presentations to targeted customers, providing education and in-services to physicians and other medical personnel, arranging group selling programs, preparing and negotiating contracts, and analyzing market data in order to identify customer and market trends.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required with at least 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience selling in the Renal market is preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven record of sales success and an ability to develop new business and customer relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team are key personal attributes to success in this position. Travel is required.
